Breakfast, Dinner & Pack Lunch

Our commitment is to provide consistent high-quality meals structured around our own seasonal produce grown organically on site.

Pre-booked meals are optional as a service to our guests. Guest kitchen is available to self-cater or guests may wish to venture off site to dine elsewhere.

Our lunch and dinner meals required booking in advance.

Please notify us in advance of any special dietary requirements (gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, any allergies, etc.).

Dinner – $60 :

Dinner is served at 7pm (sooner or later by arrangement)
2 set courses of gourmet Main and Dessert.

The Chef cooks what is available on the day, the same for everyone, except for people with special diets.

3 examples of a possible meal on the day :
Fillet Mignon wrapped in bacon served with beans, new potatoes and tomato salad, followed by meringue roulade and fruit coulis.
Blue Cod oven-baked in lemon and Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc served with carrots, mash potatoes and a cucumber salad, followed by apple and rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream.
Roast lamb served with a mushroom sauce, cabbage, roasted pumpkins and a carrot and apple salad, followed by a berry brownie.

Breakfast – $30 :

A buffet breakfast is served at 7am

including 2 courses :
– home-made muesli, Greek yoghurt, rhubarb compote,
– home-made multigrain toast, jams, honey, bacon, scrambled eggs

and gourmet tea selection or any espresso of your choice or hot chocolate.

Packed Lunch Day one- $20:

For your first day on the walk.
Hearty multigrain sandwich, large home-made buttered savory scone, home-made cookie, and a piece of fruit.

Lunch – a la carte:

From 12pm till 2pm.
A gourmet version of the classics : BLT, pie meal, fish and chips, etc.
